Kim Laravea B.S. Special Education - Teacher
Kim Laravea joined the Haynes Bridge Family in 2007 after many years of teaching in Texas as well as Oklahoma. Kim has earned a bachelors degree in Special Education and currently holds a Georgia Special Education Teacher Certification in Special Education General Curriculum P-12 and Adaptive Curriculum for grades P-12. During her course work, Kim studied many facets of special education such as classroom management techniques and specific learning interventions however most of her studies concentrated on the education of students with Mild and Moderate Intellectual Disabilities. Kim enjoys making a difference in the lives of her students and their families.

Anita Hilpershauser M.ED. Severe, Multiple Disabilities -Teacher
Before joining HBMS Anita taught Business, Finance, and Retail Management classes at Bauder College. Along with her Masters in Severe, Multiple Disabilities Anita has a reading endorsement from Georgia State University. Anita taught in the GNETS program for 5 years and joined the MI/MO program in 2013. She enjoys interaction with her students and gets the most enjoyment with they learn something fun and new.
Anita has been married for 28 years and has 3 adult children. She loves being with her family and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawk Basketball team.

Joanna Cirillo-M.Ed. Middle Grade Mathematics-Teacher
Joanna graduated in 1994 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. After many years working in the business world, she decided to change course and pursue her true love of teaching. She went back to school in 2010 at the University of North Georgia to obtain her MAT with a specialization in Middle Grades Mathematics. Since graduating she has furthered her training by becoming certified in Early Childhood and Middle Grades Math/Science and is a Highly Qualified Teacher in Adaptive and Special Education General Curriculum.

Sheri Wilber- Para Professional
Sheri comes to us having worked as a Special Educator for several years and with a Georgia Special Education Teacher Certification in Special Education Learning Disabilities P-12 and Adaptive Curriculum for grades P-12. Sheri has also been certified through the Mindset Training Curriculum, Gastronomy Care Unit and the program wide Seizure Response and Safety Trainings. Sheri is committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for her students and loves the hands on learning approach to classroom instruction.

Allison Hall- Speech Language Pathologists
Alison Hall joined the Haynes Bridge Staff in August of 2006. Before coming to Haynes she completed a Masters Degree from Valdosta State University in Communication Disorders and obtained her Certificate of Clinical Competence in the area of Speech Language Pathology. During school Allison explored her particular interest in Augmentative Alternative Communication and Pragmatics. Allison noted that she enjoys making a life-changing impact on adolescents; giving them the tools they need to communicate effectively in the school system, with friends/family, and in the community setting.
